1) text message converts to multimedia message ?
Issue :
in lower versions of android , till version 2.3.3 gingerbread, whenever the text message (SMS) exceeds length of 3 messages it converts itself to an multimedia message.
multimedia message are charged very high than the usual text message.
solution:
use any other messaging app instead of the default messaging app present in android. the new app will provide you all the flexiblity !!
2) cannot add more than 10 contacts while sending a text message ?
solution:
this issue is resolved in higher versions of android. till u get your higher version, you can use any other messaging app instead of the default messaging app present in android.

3) how to disconnect internet or gprs from your android mobile.
Solution:
go to Settings > wireless and network > mobile networks > untick " use packet data"
